Measure the right and left feet both. Make sure to get the accurate size, width, and arch height. Evaluate the gait cycle to make sure that the proper type of shoe is chosen for every customer.

Pick out two or three options of shoes in the right, size, width, and category of shoe for the individual customer. Lace the shoe up, check the fit. Make sure there is adequate space in the shoe, for length and width both.

Have the customer walk and jog in the shoe to make sure that it fits well. Check the natural gait cycle (bodies natural biomechanics) making sure the shoe is the right fit for the customer.

Have the customer try all the options on repeating the process. Let the customer pick the shoe that fits the best, then they are Ready To Run!!!
